Complain about an Angus Council service


MyAngus myaccount information

If you do not have a MyAngus myaccount you will not receive a response to your complaint unless you:

  • include your contact details in the 'Please give us full details' box in the form (this would be your name and preferred method of contact, with details (for example, if you would like us to email our response to you, please give us your email address)) OR,

  • log in to the form with a MyAngus myaccount.

To create a MyAngus myaccount, visit our MyAngus home page (opens in a new tab) and click "Register for myaccount". Please note that following the implementation of the General Data Protection regulation (GDPR) on 25 May 2018, only over 12s are eligible to hold an online MyAngus myaccount.
